Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to our roofing work
1. Services
MacGregor Roofing Ltd provides roofing services including but not limited to slate and tile installation, repairs, guttering, chimney work, and flat roofing across Scotland.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on site conditions or additional work required not included in the original scope.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger projects, staged payments may be arranged.
4. Warranty
All workmanship is guaranteed for a minimum of 10 years. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product.
5. Insurance
MacGregor Roofing Ltd is fully insured for public liability and employer liability. Certificates are available upon request.
6. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before scheduled work. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations.
